½ oz finely ground coffee
4 tablespoons of drinking chocolate
4 tablespoons of heavy cream
1 cup milk
1 cup water
Begin by peeling the orange. Then cut the rind into thin strips
and put these into some boiling water for a few minutes or until
they’re tender; then carefully drain.
Now take the coffee and the water and make a coffee brew in your
favorite way – e.g. espresso or plunger style. Next pour
the milk into a small saucepan and heat. Meanwhile put the cream
into a bowl. Now add the drinking chocolate to the heated milk
and whisk. Then mix together the brewed coffee with the hot chocolate.
Now lightly whisk the cream.
After this pour the hot drink into 3 coffee mugs or cups, top
with the whipped cream and adorn with shreds of orange rind.
