1 level tablespoon of instant coffee
7 ice cubes
½ cup of hot water
2 tablespoons of heavy cream
1 level dessertspoon of sugar
First put the coffee into a blender followed by the hot water.
Now add the sugar and finally the ice cubes; then process until
the mixture is of a smooth consistency.
After this refrigerate the coffee for about twenty minutes. Then
pour into glasses, top with a tablespoon of heavy cream, and leave
the cream to float on the surface of the cold iced coffee.
